we use seal safe which is manufactured in Grand Rapids MI
safe seal is a contractor grade , Asphalt emulsion sealer specifically formulated with recycled fillers as an all- weather protection for asphalt surfaces. The flat black color of safe seal asphalt emulsion improves the appearance of the asphalt while prolong its life! It is durable, non- burning, odorless, fast drying , and most importantly, environmentally friendly!!!

What to expect after sealcoating
Congratulations on your freshly seal coated asphalt. We recommend staying off the sealcoat for a minimum period of 24-48 hours for it to cure! Here are some other items to keep in mind:
TIRE marks
Its common to see tire marks or scuffs when your proper has been seal coated with asphalt Emulsion. This can be due to several factors:
* Heavy vehicles or trailers
* high temperatures or high humidity
*. Power steering ( turning in a tight area ) or changing the direction of the tires while the vehicle is not moving
In all cases, these marks are temporary and will fade in time. you can minimize the appearance of these marks by staying off the sealcoat for as long as possible.
Sealcoating on Grass
Although we do our best to edge the grass away from the asphalt , if any grass is stained with sealcoat , it will go away with time !!!
